Great service and room upgrade! We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call from the hotel about a room change before our check-in time. The reception and housekeeping staff were very helpful and polite. The facilities were modern and new, and the proximity to the Austin water theme park was perfect for our family. we had an enjoyable stay at Midori Concept Hotel.

During our Easter weekend stay, we were impressed by the beautifully designed interior of the hotel, with hanging plants creating a calming atmosphere. the hotel is situated in a great location, surrounded by plenty of food options and within walking distance to several attractions. the private security hired by the hotel at night added an extra level of safety.

the bed in our room was uncomfortably hard, leaving us tossing and turning for most of the night.

The location near the eateries, Austin Height Water & Adventure Park, and Austin Adventure Park, as well as many nice cafes, make it very convenient when going out for meals and entertainment. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service and iron facilities are available upon request. It's worth mentioning that breakfast is included in the stay.

We loved the location of the hotel as it's surrounded by numerous eateries with plenty of choices for meals. The hotel facilities were impressive, and all the common areas and rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff was amicable, polite, and always there to cater to our needs. Moreover, we found the parking to be convenient and accessible from the hotel.

Located in a serene English garden, staying here is very convenient with a nearby shop and eateries for meals. the clean and comfortable room comes with attractive décor, while the elegant bathroom has L'Occitane toiletries. the minibar is complimentary, adding to the reasonable value for money.

The basic amenities, such as the iron and two single beds in the room, were all provided. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was such a great value for money!
